Stila Lip Glaze - Quick Review

I am a massive lip gloss fan, One of my favourites at the moment is this Stila Lip Glaze in Tropica Punch C3. This lip glaze comes in a twist applicator which comes out of a lip brush, I like these style applicators as they are easy to apply and help blend into your lips. The colour is really pretty and an easy to wear in the summer or winter. Check out the Stila collection here

Estee Lauder Palettes

Hello everyone - Thanks for reading this posts.

I just wanted to show you all two palettes I am currently really enjoying from Estee Lauder. They came from the gift set I received for Christmas, the set was full of Estee Lauder products, and these two amazing palettes.

There were two palettes in the gift set, one Soft Natural and the other Smokey Plums. Each palette contains 8 amazing eye shadows and one blusher - these blushes work really well together, one as a contouring blush and the used on the centre of the cheeks. The colour of the shadows are really pretty too and apply so easy and stay all day.

I'm not sure if these palettes are available to buy? But I have seen them on ebay, but just as a general comment on Estee Lauder products, they are such high quality, I have never tried a product and felt disappointed. They have some gorgeous palettes on the website at the moment - check them out by clicking here

Elemis - Treat your Feet

Its easy to see why this product is a mulit award winner as it is absolutely blumming fantastic. I suffer from dry skin on my feet, its where I walk about in the summer with no shoes on, so in the winter I like to treat my feet and really soften them up.

I heard great things about this product before I bought it, and thought I would give it a go. The cream is lovely and thick and smells fantastic, it really leaves your feet feeling so much smoother, and gets rid of all the horrible dryness on your feet.

What I like to do is smother my feet in this cream before bed, put my socks on, and then in the morning you are left with perfectly soft feet. If you couldnt tell, I really love this product, and although its a little pricey at £18, this is definitely a luxury product and a special treat for your feet. You can purchase this product from the Elemis online store or in shops. Elemis is such a wonderful skin care brand, its one of my favourites which never disappoints.

MUA - Shimmer Kisses Blusher

I have recently developed a bit of an obsession with blushes, I think it now is my 'wouldn't leave-the-house-without' product. It can completely change your look and is so easy to apply. I especially like pinky shimmers colours, so when I made a recent MUA haul, I picked out the Shimmer Kisses Blusher.

I was drawn to this because of its pinky shimmery tones, and it doesn't disappoint. first of all, the packaging works really well, it comes in a little compact with a flip up lid, it stays nice and neat and doesn't spill anywhere. I like to swirl my blusher brush around in it and apply to the apple of my cheek. It really brings out your face and completely changes your look.
This blusher is an unbelievable £3! Its easily as good as other high end blushes I have that are £20-£30. I am really pleased with the product and will be trying and buying more. Please let me know if you have tried this blush, and if you are thinking of buying one you can from Superdrug or from the website.

NYX - Sunrise

NXY isn't a brand I am massively familiar with, but after using this lip product I will certainly be exploring and using more of. I picked up this lip gloss for £7 in Sunrise from the website. Delivery was really quick which is always a bonus when ordering online.

One of the reasons I love this product so much is because its staying power, it will not shift, I quite often forget to reapply my lip product throughout the day, but this one will stay for a lot longer, meaning it doesn't matter if I forget. I also absolutely love the smell of this lip gloss, this is not something I often say about a lip product but it smells so good, really fruity but not sickly.
Sunrise is a gorgeous shimmery pinky/red. I'm so pleased I found this brand, I cant wait to try more products - have you used any NXY products? Please let me know if you have and if you recommend any.

Rimmel Apocalips - LUNA

There has been so much hype over these lip lacquer the last few weeks, I just had to get my hands on it. I'm such a fan of Rimmel, Its one of my go-to drug store brands, such great value for products I trust.

The first thing I noticed about this product was the fancy packaging, the top reminds me of the crystals form the Crystal Maze! - Loved the programme. The bottom of the tube is see-through so you can actually see the product, which I like. I am lusting after nude lip products at the moment, so I went for 005 Luna, which is a gorgeous pinky/nude colour (The nude I wanted was out of stock!)

I really like the applicator this this product, the shape means it wipes are excess form you lips, leaving them with just enough product. The actual product is a lovely colour, although nude colour show us any lumps and bumps on your lips, this almost acts like a stain which I really like, I applied and after a few cups of tea it was still there!
Overall I am really impressed with this product and would like to give a few other colours ago - absolutely worth a buy. You can get from any Rimmel retailer and costs £5.99 which I think is great value for a lip gloss. Boots currently have 3 for 2 on Rimmel products you can slash out on three :)

Estee Lauder - Pure Gloss

Pure Gloss is the lip gloss range from Estee Lauder, I received this gloss in an Estee Lauder makeup set and its fabulous. Below is what Tom Pecheux (Creative Makeup Director from Estee Lauder) says about the product.

"Gloss brings sensuality to a woman's face."

The colour I have is Plum Devine and is just gorgeous, is quite a dark colour so I know a lot of people would be scared of wearing a gloss this dark, but its really wearable and soft looking. This gloss is £17 which I know seems like a lot, but when you consider this is such a high end brand and it will last you for ages, its quite reasonable. What I really love about this product is the colour is slightly stained, so its longer wearing. Please let me know what you think and if you have this product. Check out the Estee Lauder website for a full range of colours - click here.

Nails Inc - Mini Glitters

I'm such a suckers for any mini products, nail varnishes included! I was given for Christmas a mini set of Nails Inc Glitters. This set includes a gorgeous red glitter, perfect for the festive season, a silver glitter, perfect for going over colours, and an AMAZING colour glitter polish which I LOVE!
What I love about these polishes is that you don't need to do a million coats to see the glitter and get a good coverage, just 1 or 2 coats is enough to really make an impact. My favourite is the mixed glitter, I love this because the chunky of glitter are quite large, so they really make a shimmer.
Let me know if you have used these before.I couldn't find this set on the Nails Inc website but you can buy them individually - check them out here!

Bourjois - 1 second polish remover

As a beauty blogger, I like to keep up to date with latest releases and new beauty gadgets, but I was sooooo behind with this little poppet.
I think the reason I didn't rush to the shops to buy it, is because I didn't think it would be any good, but I was wrong!!
It says all you need to do is dip your finger into the sponge soaked in polish remover and take it out... Couldn't be easier, okay so it wasn't quite 1 second, but it was pretty close!
The only thing it doesn't like is glitter... But that's a hell to remove anyway. The most amazing thing about this product is the smell, it's smells beautiful which is an unusually thing to say about a nail varnish remover. This product is a favourite by many beauty addicts and has won awards for its clever design and ease!
Overall I'm annoyed I waited so long to buy this product, I love it and it's smell.I paid £5 from Tescos but you can get it anywhere they stock Bourjois
Let me know if you have used it and if you also love it.

ELF Blusher - Candid Coral

For anyone who follows me on Twitter, knows how much I love ELF (Eyes, Lips, Face) Its one of the most amazing websites to get great value make up from, they also have the most amazing discounts so do check them out.
I recently made an order and got this gorgeous little blusher. Candid Coral is the name and its a lovely pinky/coraly colour, perfect for both summer and winter. This blusher is great for everyday wear and is really pigmented but not too much. Its easy to apply and gives you a lovely colour. My skin tones is quite light and this looks great with simple make up and for only £3.75 you really cant go wrong. I have a few of these and they are all really great... I also use it as my go to blusher if I want a lovely clean look.
ELF have some really lovely blusher colours that are so easy to wear I want everyone to give them a go, perfect for popping in your hand bag too as its not too bulky - check out the website

OPI Skyfall Deep Red & Gold Shatter

Like every beauty blogger, I own a lot of nail varnishes, If I am out and about and see some pretty colours in little glass bottles I just have to have a look and buy -  I just cant help it. And I'm sure, like a lot of beauty bloggers OPI is one of my favourite, its such a great brand and the products are unbelievable.
This OPI Skyfall red is from the recent Skyfall collection, I picked this up form Sally's at a ridiculousness of £3.50! This colour is such a classic it will never go out of fashion, I find that if I am unsure of what colour to paint my nails, I always go for a deep red like this one. The actual colour of this is gorgeous and has so much depth.
The gold shatter polish was a freebie from the Clothes Show back in December. If I am completely honest, I'm not a huge fan of the shatter effect, ifs just not for me, but teamed with the lovely red colour it looks fantastic and very classy. I had the just on my ring fingers, so It was just a hint of gold.
Both of these colours are available on the OPI website

Please send me any of your pictures of you wearing these colours! Love them...

MUA haul... First time!

I know this will shock a lot of people, but I must admit, as a beauty blogger, I have never tried MUA products!! Crazy I know, considering they are so flipping cheap and available in most Superdrug stores. I had heard so much about these products, I know some people think that because they are so cheap they can't be that good?! Well, I have some news for you! They are fricking brilliant.
I took the plunge and made a huge order online, the website offered free delivery over £25, so that's what I spent, and with that £25 I got all of this amazing stuff! (just a note, I can't remember how much the items were individually but everything is on their website) MUA is a value brand, but the products are great, they don't faff around with fancy packaging but that doesn't matter!
Up first... Pro Brow - brow power kit with a mini brush and tweezers. Love this kit, the power stays allllllll day with no movement, I use it with my eye brow stencil and it's great. I don't use wax but if you do, this kit also contains in.
Shimmer kisses blusher - the most gorgeous blusher with a pinky shimmer, this will be perfect for the summer!
Eyeshadow - the staying power of these are amazing! And all for just £1!
Lipsticks - so moisturising and the pigment is great... Love these!
Lip boom - this product has been developed with Alexandra Burke and is great, one end is a lipstick and the other a gloss, plumps your lips and is gorgeous!
Fur-effect nails - now, I haven't use this yet but it's a fur dust you sprinkle over wet nail polish... To be continued!
Contour eye liner - this is an angled shadow liner to help get you eye makeup perfect.
Blushes - I have fallen in love with these, packaging makes them eyes to apply to your brush and the pigment is great... Think these were £1!
Pallet - this is the product I had heard the most about, and now I know why. This pallet is amazing, the colours are gorgeous and although they are all quite similar, they all work lovely together.

Overall I am really pleased I made the order, I will certainly be making more MUA purchases in the future! For the chance to get your hands on some of the products, check out my Twitter page - PrettyMeBlog
